Verdicchio dei Castelli di Jesi DOC Classico
Zena Classico is the first selection of grapes harvested in September, chosen for their good acidity to impart freshness to this wine, along with an unmistakable character derived from the single varietal vinification. The grapes are cultivated following organic farming principles, and during vinification, minimal intervention is practiced to preserve their natural organoleptic qualities intact.

Type: Still White
Fermentation with temperature control in stainless steel tanks at 15-16°C for 15-18 days.
Steel refining.
Aging for 2-3 months.
Serving Temperature: 10-12°C.
Pairings: appetizers, starters, pasta and risotto with seafood sauces, grilled fish, white meats, medium-aged cheeses, cured meats.
Color: Straw yellow with intense greenish reflections.
Aroma: Fresh flowers and wild fennel, fresh grass, laurel, green almond, and anise.
Palate: Pleasant mineral notes followed by a beautiful and delicate bitter almond finish.

The wine originates from a meticulous selection of grapes harvested from the oldest vineyard located in the district of Brecciole in Cupramontana. Extensive refining in steel allows it to express its finest qualities, the result of constant attention in cultivation and careful grape selection carried out at the end of September.
