A haven of peace and tranquility in a rural farmhouse nestled among Verdicchio vineyards.<\/h3>\n

In 2023, we renovated an old farmhouse while preserving its original features. Zena, rural hospitality, is primarily dedicated to guests interested in the world of wine and agriculture. We offer the opportunity to spend days immersed in the countryside, following a slow and sustainable tourism approach, for those who wish to discover local traditions and embrace rural life.<\/p>\n[\/vc_column_text][mk_image src=”https:\/\/zenavini.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/01\/dsc05598.jpg” image_size=”full” align=”center” el_class=”cornice”][vc_column_text css=”.vc_custom_1712558342977{margin-bottom: 0px !important;}”]\n

Two spacious apartments have been created on the upper floor with separate entrances via an external staircase, which can be combined into a single open space for larger groups. The house can accommodate 14 people, with bedrooms in each apartment consisting of one double room, one double room with a single bed, and one room with a queen-size bed. Each apartment also includes two bathrooms and a large kitchen with views of the vineyards. The entire structure is self-heated thanks to the installation of photovoltaic panels, which also allow for free and exclusive electric car charging for guests. On the ground floor, a large hall suitable for hosting conferences and co-working sessions is currently under construction.
